The toxicology report is back for Orlando Predators coach Fran Papasedero, who died in a one-car accident on June 19 on Sand Lake Road. His blood alcohol level was .185, over twice the legal limit of .08.

According to witnesses, Papasedero's vehicle abruptly moved from the inside lane to the outside lane, the Orlando Police report states. It is believed the driver was not able to control the vehicle, causing the car to strike a curb and ultimately flip several times and eject Papasedero.
